RESORT RULES & REGULATIONS

Association Facilities & Amenities Rules

 

To ensure maximum use and safe enjoyment of resort facilities and amenities areas, Rules & Regulations have been adopted and will be administered by the Wyndham Palms Master Community Association Board of Directors.  The Rules & Regulations may be changed, amended, or removed at any time by the Board.  It is the responsibility of owners and guests to review and adhere to the Rules & Regulations at all times.

Resort Entry

 

  • No visitor , guest vendor, or vehicle shall be allowed entry into the resort unless pre-registered in Proptia. 
  • Guests & visitors checking-in shall use the left entry  lane upon arrival.
  • Guests are required to present a valid government issued form of identification that matches the pre-registered information in the Proptia system for entry.
  • Upon being granted resort access, please proceed one vehicle at a time through the entry gates.
  • Returning guests & owners, please use the right entry lane for resort access.  Proceed one vehicle at a time.  Each vehicle’s license plate must be read separately by the license plate reader.
  • Please follow the 20 MPH speed limit throughout the resort property

RESORT QUIET HOURS ARE 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Parking Rules

 

  • All vehicles parked on the street must face the flow of traffic (passenger side faces curb line).  
  • A two (2) hour parking limit is in effect from 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM.  No repeat parking is allowed. 
  • NO ON STREET parking is allowed from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
  • Vehicles SHALL NOT block any sidewalks or park on the lawn. 
  • Parking on the apron between the sidewalk and street is only allowed if the ENTIRE vehicle fits on the apron, without overhanging or being on the sidewalk, street, or lawn. 

Please note violations of the parking rules may result in fines and/or your vehicle being towed at your expense without warning.

Is Your Car Parked Correctly?

 

  • Owners and guests staying at Windsor Palms Resort are expected to adhere to the resort’s parking rules at all times. The figures below graphically indicate where, and where NOT to park vehicles at residences with off-street driveway parking. Parking violations may result in owner fines and/or the vehicle in violation being towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. No further warnings will beissued if a vehicle is found to be in violation. 
  • Vehicles depicted in green with a check-mark on the figures indicate properly parked
    examples that are not on lawns, sidewalks, curb or street in any manner.
  • Vehicles depicted in red with an X-mark on the figures indicate all the places that are
    considered improperly parked and subject to fines and/or towing.

Towed Vehicles

 

  • If your vehicle is towed from within Windsor Palms Resort, please contact Eddie’s Tow at +1(321) 350-1603 to arrange for your vehicle release and pick-up.
